About Me
I started as an HR recruitment intern in Simon's Group of Companies Inc. where i recruit,screen,conduct interview,assess,organize tests,contact and check applicants if their qualifications have met the company's requirement. I also organize their 201 files and provide concise instructions based on their job descriptions once they are hired. When i Graduated with a bachelor's degree of Psychology I started working as a call center agent in convergys her in the philippines. I worked as a technical support representative where i fix or troubleshoot customers' concern and issues regarding their faulty services and fix their email problems as well. I also worked at teleperformance company where i was an agent again assigned in Billing position where i could help customers with their billing concerns and services. I was a top agent before in that company where i scored highest in our team and hit the target and thats one of my greatest achievement so far.
