I am an Advocate of the District Courts of Sindh and a founding partner of Baladi, Bozdar & Chalgari Law Associates, a full service law firm based in Hyderabad, offering comprehensive legal representation across criminal, civil, labour, corporate, and commercial litigation. We are serving clients across Hyderabad, Karachi, and the wider Sindh region.
With over three years of hands on experience on the legal panels of NBP, HBL, and Bank Alfalah, I have built a focused specialisation in banking and finance law — encompassing security documentation, mortgage instruments, property title due diligence, and banking recovery proceedings before Banking Courts under the Financial Institutions Recovery of Finances Ordinance, 2001. This transactional and litigation depth sits alongside an active civil practice that includes declaratory suits, NADRA related proceedings, and commercial disputes before the District Courts of Sindh.
