Procurement & Inventory / Purchase Coordinator / Store Management/ Estimator:
Deal with all major suppliers OEM through Email Outlook & Over the Phone. Such as Arabian Automobiles, Al Futtaim Motors, Al Yousuf Motors, United Diesel, United Motors etc for parts inquiry with the use of EPC, Nissan Fast, and Toyota Parts Catalogue on daily basis.
Inventory control & Planning
Monthly stock taking, physically matched with ERP system Tally.
Contributes with Fleet Department and work as Store Assistant, to control workflow and fleet store procedure as per the company policy which is based on ISO.
Arrange, handle, inspect and storage of the Stock & Non-Stock Items as per the bin location, issue materials from stock and fulfillment of Workshop requirements on daily basis following the store procedure.
Maintain day to day inventory record of spare parts and all as far the Fleet Store requirements in ERP Orbit & Excel. Currently using Fleet Management System FMS
