Hi, Im Arniel Arao arao, and I bring over four years of experience in customer service, virtual assistance, and technical support. Most recently, I worked with Virtual Buddy under Medicare and Medicaid, where I handled inbound and outbound calls, assisted with enrollment questions, and guided clients through understanding their plan benefits and coverage.
