I prefer quality over quantity, and fun over money. I've given up on a very financially successful career in order to pursue my dreams: programming. Fun for me means challenging my brain with something new every day.

Trying to get a start-up to run and I've been involved as an assistant project manager of a open source project. During the last year I managed 3 employees. I love to code in Go. Also, I am the companies owner, lead developer, DevOps and sys-admin guy. We are running a Docker Swarm and replicated PosgreSQL databases stand-alone for our client's web application server. Front-end design and development are executed by the employees.

I am trying to set up a repository of reusable API components, using Go and PostgreSQL. The purpose of this APIs is to combine and morph them for usage in web oriented projects. However, I realize now that the lack of a proper business plan has led us into a technological and fanatic approach that did not become profitable in time.
