Im a senior nursing instructor at Jimma University, Ethiopia, with more than 6 years of experience working in the higher education industry and Healthcare system of Ethiopia. I’m focused on preparing each nurse candidate to be an effective health care provider for the future.
Additionally, I’m a healthcare researcher with special focus on chronic non communicable diseases and outbreaks. Commitment to preparing and delivering course material using a range of methods and platforms, helping students develop better clinical experiences, advising undergraduate and graduate students during their research work, mentoring undergraduate students on their academic performance during their stay in the University, community services and programs to support the local community in identifying and solving health and health related problems through JU CBE program, program management committee, course team leader, Skill lab management committee are among my major responsibilities as nursing instructor
