About Me
I have 7 years of experience in administration services assisting and leading company’s staff. I was trained by a world known Business Process Outsourcing company UST Global in India, and after I trained more than 120 employees in Business Process Outsourcing, Microsoft Office programs, English grammar, business ethics and client focus, information security Management system ISMS, and e-mail handling.
I have worked as a professional transcriber for qualitative research projects for Laterite Ltd, Rwanda's leading data collection and research firm. I was also hired part time as a Data Entry Clerk by Rwanda Ministry of Health for 4 Months in[removed]I served as senior supervisor and Administrator for 3 years and this this is the second year of my experience serving as a physical archivist officer for Rwanda National Archive Project.
