Conditions: The above package is applicable for:-
Locational criteria - Relatively flat sites within Plaines Wilhems and sites having sloppy and unstable ground structure.
Structural criteria - Standard reinforcement with Y12 bars maximum, 150mm slabs, beams and slabs span not exceeding 4m50. n/a for basements and pile foundations.
Architectural criteria - Minimalist architecture - 1 or 2 levels with flat roof, and of minimum surface area 1000 sq.ft. for effective site mobilisation.
