In my previous roles as a Customer Service Representative in healthcare and a Technical Support Representative, I worked in fast paced environments where accuracy and empathy were critical.

T – Task:
I was responsible for managing high call volumes, resolving patient issues, assisting with technical concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction—all while adhering to strict compliance and documentation protocols.

A – Action:
I learned to manage multiple systems, organize client information, and communicate clearly and professionally under pressure. I also proactively created personal checklists and templates to streamline repetitive tasks, which improved my response time and accuracy.

R – Result:
