I have over 16 years’ experience compiling and editing content teaching high school French Language and Culture and received many accolades for successfully  integrating educational technology into the World Language Learning Program. I incorporated the flipped classroom pedagogical model in which the typical lecture and homework elements of a course are reversed for the purpose of differentiating instruction within Language classes, allowing students to be assessed on their individual progress un-hampered by the constraints of scheduling conflicts., and allowing for the utilization of emerging technology-based instructional techniques.

I have developed and structured educational content in a way that best delivers the information to students and exceeded the targeted objectives. I am thoroughly familiar and comfortable with multimedia in various forms and can utilize these media to most efficiently deliver educational content. My superior communication skills have allowed me to transmit knowledge in a way that is easily understood by all learners. Being elected as World Language Chairperson, I also conducted staff development training on educational technology, designed and delivered instructional training via online web-authoring tools, which lead to my wealth of knowledge in the instructional use of Learning Management Systems in teaching.
