I have a very strong background as a Human Resources Generalist and Manager and I have a passion for people and therefor creating a positive workplace culture. I am excited about an opportunity to contribute to your team. I also have, in addition to my HR background and Honours Degree, a qualification in Marketing Management and I am a qualified Independent Psychometrist.
In my previous roles, I have demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, which have allowed me to build strong relationships with employees at all levels. I believe that effective communication is key to resolving conflicts, promoting teamwork, and enhancing employee engagement. I pride myself on having excellent listening skills which enables me to understand and address the diverse needs of staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. I have strong experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Agriculture and FinTech industries, dealing with employees in various countries.
