My experience as a customer support specialist which requires handling clients social media profile and their customer service needs that floods multiple channels such as Zendesk E mail and Avoxi voice calls. I have developed impeccable manners and tolerance towards demanding customers even during odd off working hours and managed to handle it perfectly as I have grown to understand that customers are only looking to get what they desire and paid for. I am accustomed to handling multiple roles simultaneously ranging from front line defense with customers and backend admin data input. Often times I will also handle the customer service role while being in charge of content creation for clients social media.
