. I’d
like to start by saying; I proudly have a track record of being cross-trained and have repeatedly
gained duties throughout my entire career. Having over 10 years of professional experience as a
Customer Service employee, I’ve acquired much of the necessary knowledge to become very
confidence in my work.
I strongly believe I’m an asset to any company. I’m trained to handle a diverse plethora of
complaints, inquiries and problems, this being a result of being consistent in my tasks. I’m detail
oriented, prioritized, and dedicated with experience in applying remarkable communication skills.
Working as a CSR has given me skills as in being able to solve issues as a result of the necessary
communications skills that are key factors to succeed in CSR’s positions. I take pride in providing
accuracy in assignments, thus gaining a title of being reliable and trust worthy just as I do in every
aspect of my day. I also set goals & strive to achieve them, my most important one is to satisfy my
customers even if I’m unable to grant their original request, but by treating each customer fairly by
applying the same effort I’d expect myself!
Work ethic, dedication to my role, and proper job training is all I need to succeed in my job. Having
that mind frame has led me to a promotion 3 times thus far, one of which was Management.
Over the years I’ve become well versed in all Microsoft Office Suite applications, SAP and Citrix, and
an abundance of different programs/software. Furthermore, I will prove to be eager to learn,
especially when it’s new applications of technology. After gaining enough knowledge, I do assist
training others.
