My name is Tadesse Seid, and I am a seasoned humanitarian professional with over 10 years of experience managing and coordinating large scale projects in refugee and IDP settings across Ethiopia. My expertise lies in project management, team leadership, and implementing protection and education programs in high pressure, post conflict environments.

I hold a Master’s degree in Project Planning and Management from Gambella University and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Samara University. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with reputable organizations like Refugees and Returnees Services RRS, Save the Children, and Médecins Sans Frontières MSF. In these roles, I’ve managed multi sectoral programs, built strong partnerships, and ensured donor compliance, all while fostering sustainability and community empowerment.
