I am an outgoing, highly motivated and enthusiastic person who is adaptable and computer savvy; i have more then 10 years of Costumer Service and IT technical Support Experience.
Have worked in different cities Lisbon / London / Berlin / Barcelona where i gained most of my experience and adaptting to the situations.
I have experience with giving remote but also on-site support; experience giving support for Windows xp/8/10 and also MAC computers.
Different type of ticketing systems; experience installing Lan networks, such has routers, switches, rack and and AP devices.
Also resolve hardware issues with windows computers.
I speak fluent English, Spanish and my native language is Portuguese.
