As a seasoned QA professional with over 6 years of experience, I currently lead a team of 4 at Brick Teknologi Indonesia, a fintech company. My responsibilities extend beyond manual, automation, and performance testing. I also manage the team, set their OKRs, and review their performance.
In the fintech domain, our testing process begins with API testing, followed by integration testing for the web application. Performance testing is also a crucial aspect, for which we utilize JMeter to conduct load and stress testing, as well as to identify any race conditions during periods of high traffic.
My team and I have implemented Robot Framework for our automation needs, which is maintained and run on the CI/CD pipeline. Analyzing logs and API responses at the microservice integration level is an integral part of our test cases.
