About Me
Hey there! I am Sinyen, a Malaysian who is passionate about languages. Malaysia is a multilingual country. It shapes me into a person who can speak Mandarin, English, Malay and Hokkien a dialect. I learned German when I took a German language class in Germany for 9 months. During the learning processes of all the languages, I noticed that I would always want to get the most accurate meaning of the vocabulary, if possible. Dictionaries and native speakers of the languages are my best learning companion. I think my passion about languages is why I chose to study Bachelor of Linguistics in the uni.
I am also an avid traveler. Traveling always fascinates me in many different ways, so I would never get tired of exploring new destinations out of my comfort zone. Keeping a travel journal is my way to preserve my memories of the journeys.
My other hobbies are reading articles, watching videos about cats and drawing, and doodling.
