I am financial, Operations and grants management expert, with over 13 years of experience gained in the development, the commercial & corporate sectors. I have worked extensively with technical teams in preparation and evaluation of financial proposals budget negotiations for different clients ranging from Corporate clients to DFID, CIDA, AUSAID, ECHO, German MOFA and USAID.

I have worked with different national and international organization. Monitor and follow up with Grantee's / partners to ensure understanding of and compliance with the grants management manual and procedures. Cash Flow / cash forecasts and respective analysis on a regular basis, reviewing of partner's / Grantees expenses and adequacy of documentation for payment requests, ensure compliance with contracts and SOPs, regulations on reviewed transactions. Review sub-award / Grants awards budget proposals to ensure alignment with donor budgets and make appropriate recommendations to Program colleagues
