Hi My name is Syber, I have been a Customer Representative for over 2 years and I my main task was to resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution and build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Also I used to be a Collections Representative for 8 months and my main task was to to initiate calls with delinquent customers by phone to collect payments and settle accounts, find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments, take actions to encourage timely debt payments.

I can also do a basic task like; Data Entry with the use of Google Docs and Spreadsheets, Manage Dropbox, Google Drive and Google Calendar, Microsoft Office.
