I have worked with big retail in sale and customer service department managing expectations of customer and the company. My educational background is in engineering and project management but I decided that I want to develop and practice my writing skills and have them as my career interest as this is my forte. I can review and audit pages of articles, do reports translation of English-Malay and Malay-English, write articles or essays on selected topics, do copywriting to market products or branding purpose, and last but not least, I am very passionate in handling social media engagement and in managing people towards betterment. We can discuss on the empathy needed for your team, the tone of voice of your customers, or even to do new training materials for your employees.
