Greetings!
My name is Susana and I am a native Spanish speaker.
I have worked for over 9 years as a customer service trainer for large Outsourcing companies such as for, Health Plans, Retail stores and Banking to help improve their product knowledge, English skills, and American Culture Knowledge.
In addition I have over 5 years experience teaching English to teens and adults.
Furthermore I have a degree in Graphic Design, and I have freelanced for both American, Canadian and Central American companies, in designing logos, magazine covers, and special illustration requests.
