A skillful, experienced Sales and Marketing person who has helped to built products from zero to hero in the Pharmaceutical and FMCG industry in Sri Lanka. Identifying the customer needs and catering to the need accordingly in order to generate a business opportunity has been the success of the career so far. Developing and mentoring the team while being responsible for the total General Trade Sales of a Market Leading FMCG company is the current job role. Responsible for the smooth operations of 53 distributors covering the whole Island and two direct distribution channels.
