I am a detail oriented and organized professional with a strong background in administrative roles. I have four years of experience working in administrative support and debtors clerk positions.
In my previous role as an Administrative Assistant and debtors clerk at Build it DTM, I was responsible for managing busy calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings for multiple executives, debtors follow up, statement reconciliation, data capturing and at the moment I am working for JA Ebrahim and associates and gained experience in bookkeeping, monthly payrolls, tax compilation and vat calculation . I developed excellent time management skills and a knack for prioritizing tasks efficiently. I also maintained meticulous records, prepared reports, and handled sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
I am proficient in various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, which enables me to create polished documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
