Experienced Customer Care Specialist, with more than 4 yrs of experience in my chosen profession. Prior to coming here in Taiwan, I worked in Teletech, Philippines as a CSR. I handled Health Insurance account, talking to medical professionals in US. I was a TELEMARKETER Inbound / Outbound specialist as well. And I also have experience in Warehouse Operations and Logistics & Courier field.
