About Me
I am an experienced Virtual Assistant. I am well organized, efficient, and self motivated, a highly skilled, computer savvy professional whose passion is providing quality administrative support and services. I am an advanced user of Excel sheets and can work with various document applications.
Most of my experience is handling chats and emails, social media management, and administrative tasks. I worked before as a Customer Service Representative in a Skin cancer clinic. I managed JivoChat which answers patients queries through chats and emails, booking appointments, etc.
In addition, I also perform as a CSR in the Food Supplement Industry. We are using LiveChat and HelpDesk. Answering customers inquiries, both pre sale and post sale questions.
I also worked as an Executive Assistant/Administrative Officer. As part of the management, I processed payroll, company remittances, sent invoices to clients, manage the CEOs calendar and etc.
