Srinivas Cheekati

I am a Ph.D. in Machine Learning with a strong foundation in applied mathematics, quantitative research, and AI evaluation, currently working with Turing as a Mathematics/LLM Subject Matter Expert on projects including NVIDIA, where I assess mathematical reasoning, validate solutions, and improve model performance through rigorous evaluation workflows. My experience spans Python based scientific computing, algorithmic problem solving, RLHF/SFT dataset creation, adversarial testing, reproducible research, and advanced evaluation across domains such as probability, graph theory, optimization, linear algebra, and scientific computing. Alongside this, I have a long academic career as an Associate Professor, where I taught algorithms, data structures, and discrete mathematics, and an industry background in software engineering. I have also contributed to projects with Anthropic, Amazon, and Mercor in roles involving reasoning evaluation, prompt design, gold solution development.
