Details of the Job handled:
• Maintaining Staff Personal Records,Issuing the Appointment and Compensation, Confirmation Letter to employees, Increment, Promotion, Resignation acceptance, Relieving letter etc. Framing the Management policies..Handling entire Payroll of Permanent Employees on Payroll
Attend to Employee queries and management queries.
• Statutory reports of recoveries like Profession Tax, Provident Fund etc.
• Preparation of quarterly TDS Return of Tax deducted from Salary.
• Taking charge of employees from joining till exit.
• Final Settlement like Gratuity, PL Encashment, Notice Pay Recovery etc for staff.
• ITDS certificate
• Liaising with banks for salary credits to ensure timely disbursements of salary
• Attending queries
