Spriha Singh

My name is Spriha Singh, and I am a 20 year old fashion designing student currently in my third year at the School of Fashion Technology, Pune. Fashion has always been my passion, as it allows me to express creativity and tell stories through design. Being at SFT has helped me develop a strong foundation in garment construction, textile knowledge, trend forecasting, and design innovation.

Alongside my studies, I have completed several internships in graphic design and logo creation. These experiences strengthened my skills in digital design, visual storytelling, and branding—skills that complement my fashion design work and allow me to think about how fashion fits into a broader creative and business context.

I’m also proud to be an active member of the National Service Scheme NSS, where for two years, I volunteered in schools and villages. Through NSS, I taught practical skills, hygiene, and creative activities to children and local communities. This experience deepened my empathy, communication skills, and sense of responsibility—qualities that influence how I approach design with a more human centered perspective.

As I move through my third year, I am excited to dive deeper into advanced design projects and explore areas like sustainable fashion, textile innovation, and fashion marketing. I aim to build a unique creative identity that respects tradition but embraces modernity, much like the designers I admire.

I enjoy collaborating with others, seeking feedback, and staying updated with global fashion trends to continuously improve my work. My combined experience in fashion design, graphic design, and community service has shaped me into a versatile and motivated creative professional, ready to contribute fresh ideas and passion to any team or project.
