About Me

I am a professional Customer Service Manager, with alot of experience working in various environments, such as AT&T Wireless and Sandals Group of Hotels. I am based in St Lucia the Caribbean, however looking to move back to the UK for a few years.

I am skilled in creative writing, business writing, conflict resolution, problem solving, team building and motivation. I seek the positive in all situations and look for the applicable resolution to issues raised. These are my best assets. However, I am not one to write for others not to understand, I like to use words that will bring understanding to any mind.

I am highly motivated and energetic, with a passion for service. I have am highly ethical, and believe very strongly in self-development.
