A senior Monitoring and Evaluation M&E Specialist with over 14 years of experience in
conceptualizing, designing, and implementing M&E systems/HIS for the health sector,
programs, and agencies. My engagement also includes conducting evaluations, performing
data compilations, quality checks, analysis, report writing, and presenting findings to senior
managers and stakeholders, including for the national action plan for health security
NAPHS. My skills encompass: designing and developing M&E Frameworks, associated tools,
and guidelines, preparation of Budgeted result based plans, and reports, quality
improvement techniques, designing data collection tools, proficiency in managing Microsoft
Office Suite, Google Sheets, Google Studio, Google Forms, ODK, DHIS 2, SPSS, and mobile
platforms, including community based health information systems e CHIS, including my
recent Python, Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric platform skills and project works.
