About Me
I have been a verifications specialist for more than 3 years and was upskilled as an Underwriter. As an Underwriter, I was able to obtain a lending authority for Australian account. I process unsecured applications of customer and review their information. In line with this work I also assist in resolving customer queries and concerns on their applications. I also answer higher management questions, answer or take escalations and escalates concerns as needed.
Although I am currently working as a Verifications Executive and Underwriter, I also do volurteer work. As a volunteer, I take part in organizing events, do budgeting and plan activities that would be essential for the growth of the organization.
Prior to that, I worked as a Collection Specialist for almost three years which has helped me gain experience of dealing with customers. In line with this, I also do administrative work.
