Responsibilities:
• I check customer details and tell him what they bought product and product EMI.
• After we tell to him we offered to you extended warranty on your product.
• If manufacturing warranty 2 years we extended on maximum 3years you will received total warranty 5year.
• After that manufacturing warranty anything happen in the product we will repair it free of cost not paying like technician fee any damage anything in product we replace its free of cost.
• If you want warranty then you pay some amount like your monthly EMI is 2000 you pay additional 200 with your EMI 8 months.
• After that 2 times taken customer consent if customer denied then convince him customer handling using rebuttal. I was asking and updating the customers Bas
