I have more than 10 years experience working in administrative capacity for multinational organisations. Work responsibilities include interacting with customers, sales & marketing, making presentation, keeping accounts, managing human resource, budgeting & forecasting, keeping records and update filing systems.
I have previously worked at Administration in busy office environment and I am exceptionally organized & confident in my approach to my work. I also have good working knowledge and experience of using computer for typing letters, documents, presentations and familiar with the office software such as word, excel, power point etc. as well as email and Internet.
I pay great attention to detail in my work and enjoy making sure that I complete my tasks each day. Multi-tasking is a major skill needed for this position, which is something that comes naturally for me and I always exercise a strong work ethics.
