Sira Secka

Sira is a proud graduate of Muslim High School in Banjul, class of 2007, and has passionately dedicated her career to the fields of education, health advocacy, and sustainable development. With diverse experiences across educational institutions in both The Gambia and the United States, Sira possesses a unique skill set that empowers her to drive meaningful change. She has successfully launched and continues to spearhead a wide array of programs focused on Inclusive Education, encompassing critical areas such as health, mental health, trauma informed care, girls’ education, vocational training, food systems transformation, nutrition through agricultural initiatives, climate education, and sustainable community development.
