Currently, Im working as a Global Associate Relocation Counselor my main responsibility is to send requests to partners to initiate various services such as destination services, language, and cultural training, temporary living, Household Goods, arranging and booking travel for client assignees/transferees via company designated travel tool, as required. Monitoring data integrity by regularly running reports and identifying errors, obtaining the correct information and updating files, prepare regular and ad hoc reports and documents as needed. As well I have also been working as a Portfolio Manager, my main responsibilities are to manage the portfolios of properties and create and maintain long term relationships, provide information on all services we provide to property owners, generate sales among clients accounts, including upselling and cross selling, identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients, analyzing monthly account statements, etc.
