I am a young, eager and hard-working person with great attention to details, trying to build my career as a virtual assistant. I can say one of my qualities is fast learning and I love learning new skills every day. I am good at multi-tasking and managing in new and unknown situations. I don't like unfinished business, so I always try to keep my clients happy and build a good relationship with them.

Fluent in English, speaking, and writing. I was recently managing an online shop where I had to do various tasks, from uploading products, writing product descriptions, customer live chat support, managing social media accounts, sending out emails to customers on a daily basis, and product fulfillment and processing.
I had to take care of the spreadsheets of the customer list, product inventory, as well as price and different variations of the product. I understand the mechanics of social media marketing and I am able to maintain different social media accounts.
