Transforming ideas, coming from the research studies and standard codes requirements, into technical plans from design to fabrication and test of safety valves prototypes.
Developing models and mechanical detailed drawings of new products with CAD and FEM software.
Developing systems, processes, methodologies, and components to enhance the overall product performances based on customer needs and environmental requirements.
Performing various tasks in the engineering department including drafting blueprints, creating test prototypes, and overseeing the manufacturing process.
Responsible for ensuring the success of the design from the initial conception through all the production phases up to delivery. Supervision of the manufacturing process for all the proposed valves design. Improvements for mass volume production. Good knowledge of Standards API 520, API 526, API 527, ASME B16.34.
