In my previous contract role at Port of London Authority, London,UK, I have worked independently on the HubSpot platform where I was responsible for ensuring accurate, clean, and up to date customer data within the HubSpot CRM system. This involved identifying and merging duplicate leads, maintaining database consistency, formatting fields such as phone numbers and names correctly, and preparing data for analysis. I also meticulously documented these processes to ensure transparency and efficiency.I have also collaborated with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, customized and maintained the CRM platform to meet business needs . Before that I have worked as a Salesforce Admin where I have successfully implemented and customized Salesforce solutions to meet the specific needs
