Ph.D. in Botany with over 16 years of research experience, spanning leading academic institutions and national research organizations, with deep specialization in pharmacognosy, plant anatomy, and botanical standardization. Expert in plant identification, classical and advanced microscopy including SEM, microtomy, and development of pharmacopoeial monographs in line with national and international standards.
Highly skilled in the application of Scanning Electron Microscopy SEM for detailed anatomical studies and DNA sequencing for molecular identification, authentication, and phylogenetic analysis of medicinal plants. These integrated approaches have significantly enhanced the scientific rigor of herbal drug standardization and quality control protocols.
Currently leading a multidisciplinary research team of five members in a laboratory setting, guiding projects related to plant based drug research, botanical characterization, and herbal formulation development.
