My recent role as a Senior Manager at Genpact India involved spearheading Lean and Digital transformation projects for clients in the insurance sector, such as Chubb and Walgreens. I utilized Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and implement sustainable improvements. For instance, I led a project that reduced processing time by 30% through the application of DMAIC Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control principles. This involved collaborating closely with cross functional teams to gather data, analyze performance metrics, and develop actionable strategies.
