About Me
I had 10.5 years of dependable experience in Customer Service and currently transitioning to home based. I had been a Supervisor Team Leader for 7 years and had supported call center consultants in managing customer inquiries & complaints through email, voice and chat platform. I had supervised a group of Subject Matter Experts. My recent role was a Sales Team Leader for a pool of voice consultants who addressed customer inquiries and complaints prior to executing needs base analysis to encourage customers for service/plan upgrade or right planning. I also served as a Credit Champion for their business unit and had supported two sites. I had used the following system throughout my journey in the BPO industry: Siebel for all channels – voice, email and chat, Right Now for email support, Genesys & Live Person for chat support, AWBT for voice. I am also familiar with NICE used for scheduling, Kronos for timekeeping, ZOOM for meetings.
