My name is Sheila Chepkemboi. I have a background in Human Resources, with 3.2 years of experience in HR and 1.3 years as an Executive Assistant. Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in HR operations, employee onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance management. My experience as an Executive Assistant has further honed my abilities in calendar and email management, travel coordination, and stakeholder communication.
I specialize in providing executive support to business owners, allowing them to reclaim their time and focus on strategic initiatives. My passion lies in driving organizational success, and I continuously seek opportunities to enhance efficiency. To further strengthen my administrative expertise, I have enrolled in the ALX Virtual Assistant course, where I am expanding my skills in executive support and general administration.
