A little bit of everything.
I am a Team player, optimistic and self-motivated, self-driven and responsible. I have been in a BPO setting for 5 years and counting, and has been in a Telecommunications Company for a local Directory and call card Service Assistance. Being in a BPO Industry, I have been a CSAT Driver and a Subject Matter Expert. I also carry some Home Based Accounts such as Property Management, Chat Support Medical and both Inbound and Outbound Customer Service Support. And I have also been into Outbound Sales for Appointment Setting and Pre-Qualifying. I just recently explored the back office setting and it is quite interesting and a new horizon to fill my drive and urge towards achievement.
