I am a Quantity Surveying, Engineer with leadership training and experience in demonstrating the ability to communicate and manage developers, contractors, and suppliers effectively to ensure the projects run efficiently, within budget, and time. I have proven skills in using Microsft Excel, Microsoft Word, Photoshop, and so on. I'm good at problem solving and have good financial and numeracy management skills, excellent communication and negotiating skills, computer literate, and a methodical way of thinking. I have 6 years of experience using Excel software since I have to prepare Bills of Quantities for the projects in the Excel file. I believe I'm suitable for this job as I have a passion for the jobs that I'm undertaking. When you have passion for something, automatically you can withstand pressures or stress encountered in the task given. I won't give up easily without achieving the goal.
