My most relevant job experiences are:
1st being a Customer Support Representative, it helped me gain knowledge on how the customer service industry works. It gave me a lot of experience in handling different kinds of customers. 2nd is my Real estate Virtual Assistant job wherein at 1st I was a cold caller, I call home owners and ask them if they want to sell or theyd be interested in hearing a cash offer for their property then after a few months my boss saw my potential and promoted me as a data and property manager, I gather possible sellers and skip trace them and upload these contacts to a software and create a cold call campaign and SMS campaigns, then I also coordinate with my boss and workers whenever he receives a job for cleaning, renovating or fixing a property. I also do the invoices for that.
