In my role at Iffco Tokio GIC Ltd, I was responsible for keeping our legal and financial operations running smoothly. Most of my day involved managing the e Court system, where I handled everything from case registration to making sure all legal proceedings were initiated without any errors. I also worked closely with our finance department, where I was trusted to verify billing and manage reserve modifications to keep us compliant with audit standards.

One part of the job I’m particularly proud of was acting as a bridge for our senior management; I pulled together weekly reports across 12 different service centers to help them stay on top of new case trends and investigative findings. Because I knew our internal systems so well, I was eventually asked to become the lead trainer for new staff.
