I have hands on experience in sequence analysis, phylogenetic analysis, molecular docking, protein characterization, database curation, and functional annotation. My work involves utilizing bioinformatics tools and databases to analyze genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic data and derive biologically meaningful insights.
