Shanaya Mathur

I’m someone who thrives on meaningful challenges and enjoys finding structure in chaos. Academically, I’ve always been consistent and curious—maintaining a GPA of 9+ throughout my undergraduate degree while exploring diverse interests outside the classroom. One of my most fulfilling moments was being awarded a gold medal for academic excellence in 10th grade, presented by 94.3 FM Radio and sponsored by Law Prep—it reminded me that consistent effort pays off and encouraged me to keep pushing forward.

Professionally, I’ve taken on roles that helped me understand both people and processes. During my time at IAESTE, I served as a Board Member and the Head of the Incoming Department. I worked with interns from across the globe, leading a team that facilitated their onboarding and integration. This not only sharpened my people management and cross cultural communication skills but also made me realize how much I enjoy building experiences that impact others positively.
