About Me
I have been working as property maintenance coordinator with City and County for 1 year and 8 months and was a customer service representative with Sitel for 2 years and 7 months.
City and County is a real estate agency. I am responsible for reporting every maintenance issues to landlord and finding appropriate contractor to do the repairs, communicate and discuss tenancy renewals with the property owners and tenants. I also make sure every compliance certificates are up to date and the every property is scheduled for the periodic property visit or what we call risk assessment.
I am highly motivated and enthusiastic, always willing to learn, and work well with others as well as efficiently on my own. I can work under any management style including without supervision. Once it is clear what my objectives are and how the company wants me to execute those objectives, I can do the job. As I understood what was expected of me, I was able to work without a problem.
