I am a self-motivated, loyal and a person of integrity. As a civil/WASH engineer, I am passionate with using engineering practices to safeguard public health and environment. I can work well independently to deliver my work and I collaborate with ability to facilitate the unity of the team to deliver expected results. I have good records in coordinating and managing projects, ability to meet deadlines, leading, coaching and training teams, managing stakeholders, design and implementing control systems to ensure the work to the expected standards of quality. As a project manager, I have worked and lived in various countries which enabled me to develop my leadership, life learning and intercultural competences from public to private sector and international organisations. My project management experiences in construction, business and research sectors gave me opportunity to collaborate with others, set and coordinate strategic direction and the vision for the work and mentor young staff.
